Julia Margaret Cameron

Julia Margaret Cameron was a British photographer to took portraits mostly in black and white or sepia tones.
Again, portraits are not usually appealing to me unless they have some sort of unique elements, but I can appreciate all art whether I find it personally appealing or not.

These images show a good use of sepia tones, especially the one on the right. I like how the edges are faded and old looking, which gives the images character. Most of the subjects of her photos seem to be sad, or pensive, and they can be quite beautiful.
