When Film Is Still

This video isn't actually a video, rather I think that it is a series of photos taken over a person's entire life. The pictures are set up against a solid white background and the person is positioned as close to the same as they can get each time, and the pictures were taken very often so that the change in the "video" was so gradual that it was hard to notice. These pictures allowed us to view the child age, and it looked like a video because the pictures were set up so similarly.

  1. The photos were actually of family members that look very much alike and were done in one sitting. The artist 'morphed' them together brilliantly, his stop action video creates a change so subtle that you hardly know they are aging until the end... I thought it was amazing, didn't you?
